The Process
Each image begins as a single wide-format frame, shot on a Hasselblad medium-format system. The panoramic ratio draws on the XPan format, and on a background in photography and film. The file is printed on Hahnemühle archival cotton rag paper, chosen for its tonal range and long-term stability.

Each print is then finished by hand. Using traditional Chinese ink, ground from solid sticks and diluted in water, Atløkke marks the paper directly — a step drawn from an earlier background in silkscreen and graphic work. The ink reacts differently with the paper’s texture each time, which is what makes each piece a one-of-one original rather than part of an edition.

Authentication
Every work is signed and embossed with a custom stamp taken from Atløkke’s own handprint. It ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a small embedded NFC chip, linking the piece to its record in the studio’s registry — a way to confirm a work’s origin later on.

Artisdux Studio ships worldwide. Inquiries about availability or specific spaces are handled directly through the studio.
